Return Policy: 
To give our customers the confidence to shop with us, LABELIZED offers a full refund for items bought within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please note that our refund and exchange policy begins from the date of purchase, regardless of the delivery time.
Returned items should be,
  • Unworn, unwashed and in their original and re-sellable condition.
  • Returns will not be accepted if it has been sprayed with scented perfume.
  • All returned items must have tags attached, along with the original sales receipt.
  • Swimwear are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons 
  • Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
  • Delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Pre-orders are non-refundable.
Returns that do not meet these points after inspection will be returned to the customer without a refund.

For international returns product must be shipped back to us at your own expense. using a trackable Courier.

Refunds might take up to 10 business days you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. or via payment link in store. 
with the initial shipping cost of the product deducted from the amount refunded. Pickup, Delivery and shipping fee's are non-refundable.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Our existing refund and return policy is not applicable for
pre-orders, Swimwear, altered items, Final sale items and sale codes greater than 15%


LABELIZED currently doesn’t offer an option of Online exchange for international orders. If you would like a new product in place of your return, we suggest you place a new order. Or visit our showroom for an exchange assist!
